Setting up an online giving account: Click the "person" icon in the upper right of the Subsplash giving area. Select "set-up account." After filling in your name and email, you will be emailed a code. Enter this code on the Subsplash signup page and your account will be completed.
Once your account has been created you can link a debit card or bank account to your giving account. If you choose to link a bank account (e-check, ACH), after entering your account and routing numbers, Subsplash will make 2 small (less than $1) deposits into your account. This may take 24-48 hours. Once the deposits have been made, return to the Subsplash giving page and enter the exact amounts of the deposit. Your account is then verified and available to use for your online giving.
Why would I want to give online?
Security and convenience make online transactions an increasingly popular means of donating to an organization. Plus, your ministry enjoys administrative savings (manual check processing and record keeping add up in a hurry). You also can take advantage of the discipline that recurring donations can provide for your giving.
Is my online giving secure?
Yes. Every transaction is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the same industry-standard encryption trusted for online commerce with world-class financial organizations.
When will the transaction go on my account?
You set the date when you want your card charged.
